How server voting works

Why voting helps the servers you like, how often you can vote, and how rewards reach you in game.

Voting is the simplest way to help a server you enjoy. Votes decide the order of the server list, so more votes means more new players find the server. Many servers also thank you with in-game rewards.

How to vote

  1. Open the server's page on this site.
  2. Type your Hytale player name exactly as it appears in game.
  3. Press Vote.

Your name has to be exact, because that's how the server knows who to reward. You don't need an account on this site to vote.

How often you can vote

You can vote for each server once every 12 hours. After voting, the page shows a countdown to your next vote. You can vote for as many different servers as you like.

How rewards reach you

Servers that offer rewards run a plugin that checks this site for new votes. When your vote comes in, the plugin gives the reward to the player name you typed. Usually you need to be online, or the reward waits until your next login.

Rewards are chosen by each server, not by us. If a reward doesn't arrive, ask that server's staff and tell them your player name and the time you voted.

Monthly reset and hall of fame

Votes reset to zero on the first day of each month. That way a newer server can reach the top by being good now, not just by being old. Before the reset, the top 10 servers are saved to the hall of fame. The total number of votes a server ever received stays on its page.

Fair voting

Each vote is checked so that one player can't vote many times. We limit votes per player name and per connection. Buying votes, voting bots and other tricks break the listing rules, and servers caught doing it are removed. Sponsored slots at the top of the page are clearly marked and don't affect the vote ranking.
